Individual Therapy

What is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy is for anyone looking to renegotiate trauma, discover the fullness of their identity, and go on the journey to lead the fulfilling life they want to live.

The Process

In individual therapy, we work collaboratively to assess the nature of the issues and concerns you bring to therapy and, through a trauma-informed approach, create a plan to effectively target each problem, helping you transform your life.

How do we do this? We follow the triphasic model of trauma therapy to help guide our work, always collaborating and moving at an individualized pace:

  • Safety & Stabilization

Building emotional regulation and a secure base.

  • Remembrance & Processing

    Gradually processing traumatic memories.

  • Integration & Reconnection

Restoring well-being and working change into your life.
